Baglio Occhipinti, an elegant boutique hotel surrounded by vineyards in the beautiful Ragusa countryside, Sicily, is looking for a Reception Secretary. **Requirements**: - Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills
- Strong commercial attitude
- Experience in front office and back office within a high-end hospitality property
- Experience in handling guest complaints
- Experience in staff scheduling and planning
- Ability to coordinate with different hotel departments
- Proficiency in hotel-related technologies
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and OTAs
- Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Skills in social media management
