The role What will you do?
- Creating and updating financial models
- Budgeting and monitoring of the investment portfolio
- Project reporting for board, investors, lenders
- Support to commercial negotiations with project partners & advisors
- Drafting of investment memorandum for internal investment committees
- Interact with the other internal teams to acquire and share knowledge,

and deliver well-rounded analyses;
- support the due diligence process with internal teams and external advisors You will bring
- Studies: Economics, Management, Finance, Management Engineering
- Experience: 3-5 years in real estate development and/or asset management companies, banks, equity investors, advisory & consulting firms
- Knowledge of the real estate investment analysis principles and of real estate finance
- Basic Knowledge of ITA GAAP accounting
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Knowledge skills: Microsoft Office, excel in particular.
