- Interact with peers within the EMEA GBU Supply Chain, to meet common target and exchange best practices **We count on you for**: - Guaranteeing a Safety mindset for the team
- Developing and sustaining actions to meet inventory targets, by engaging suppliers and plant manufacturing. Playing a pivotal role inside the supply and demand part, to achieve DOS target
- Observing, defining and deploying strategy, policies and standards
- Organizing, coordinating and/or directly managing supply chain activities, to contribute to the GBU OTIF (OnTimeInFull) target.
- Ensuring compliance (COBI, inventory counting guidelines..) and administrate supply chain processes with a continuous improvement mindset, properly integrating sub-processes
- Managing and coordinating with internal (manufacturing, HSE, labs ) and external (vendors, tollers, suppliers...) partners.



Liaising with overseas SC managers in plants/sites to ensure mutual supplies and fleet provisioning

- Becoming the Supply Chain focal point inside in a plant, which is leading the Syensqo sustainability roadmap
- empowering both your supply chain expertise and developing your leadership style(s), by continuously learning and relearning in a fast changing and in-continuous-evolution environment **You will bring**: - Ability and experience in managing Supply Chain activities (Site Logistics, RM and Pack provisioning, supply planning).
- Meaningful experience in multinational chemical companies and familiarity with working in a diverse environment
- Excellent analytical skills, in order to act proactively in addressing current and foreseen challenges
- Advanced leadership and People Management
- Stakeholders influencing, even outside the own domain
