The customers who vantaggi from our innovative solutions are from various different industries, including the chemicals, plastics, consumer goods, energy and resources as well as the automotive and transportation industries. **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT** As part of the DPS&RM; Planning unit, the resource will mainly deal with the activities listed below: - Ensuring the planning and scheduling of production activities for the line (s) of its competence, collecting the demand, optimizing the use of the lines, verifying the availability of raw materials and proceeding with the issue of purchase requests, always keeping up to date the SAP planning system (today APO) allowing visibility to internal (production) and external DSI interfaces.
- Monitoring the feasibility of production plan with Operations and Site Logistics.
- Supporting the continuity of production through the correct planning and availability of raw materials, intermediates and packaging materials, optimizing inventory management.
- Participating in the S&OP; process, representing the site to optimize production capacities towards the demand of the external market.
- Aligning raw material needs and production priorities by coordinating with the Regional Planners.
- Ensuring a correct rework plan in case of non-spec products, collaborating with the Process Managers and Plant Managers.
- Dealing with any possible anomalies in the supply of raw materials independently, contacting suppliers or reporting to the Supply Chain units or managers any problems.
- Managing any external contractors who collaborates in the production activity in cases where the production is unable to carry out intermediate processes.
- Verifying the legal compliance between the procurement plans and the limits imposed by the Seveso Law and by CPI,



making sure that the storage of raw materials complies with the internal procedures set on the regulatory constraints.
- Ensuring the consistency of the inventory with the company targets through the correct planning of needs and the analysis of production needs.
- Ensuring timely and precise reporting respecting internal procedures.
- Managing relevant master data for planning needs.
- Ensuring the correct management of internal and external interfaces with the aim of keeping all the departments concerned informed and at the same time managing the optimization of available resources in the best possible way. **WHAT YOU OFFER**
- Possession of APICS certification is a preferential requirement.
- Knowledge of SAP S4Hana or R3/APO, MS Office (especially Excel), and data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI) also represents an element of evaluation.
- Good knowledge of English is required; knowledge of German is also positively evaluated.
