As an Account Executive you will coordinate the production process and process orders in line with the client brief and the client expectations. This is a fast-paced role dealing with a variety of marketing and commercial print projects where you be required to build and develop relationships with key stakeholders. - Provide support to the Account Director
- Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with SLAs
- Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools
- Implement new methods and procedures as required
- Ensure invoicing procedures are followed, including loading POs into internal system
- Manage day to day operational requirements
- Sending weekly forecast and updating "Sales Input Template" file
- Translate briefs and requests in Italian or English depending on production site
- Send briefs and requests to teams in Italy or to China following up with Teams calls as needed
- Brief graphic designers and suppliers on client requirements
- Send PDFs for approval and offers to other HH Global markets and client
- Keep One Drive updated with all the documents needed (Offers, PO, logistic documents etc)
- Manage logistic documents, including preparing labels and routing for approvals; issuing documents (eg proforma invoices, free export declarations, packing lists) through HH Global's procurement software and coordinating with Finance colleagues and external carriers
- Manage deliveries through various carriers (eg FedEx, TNT, DHL)
- Monitor aged debt
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders **Knowledge, Skills + Experience**
- **Fluency in Italian, English and French is essential**: - Experience working within a client services environment directly engaging with clients - exposure to Logistics within the Luxury Goods sector would be welcome
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Experience of finding solutions
