**Workload: 100%** Join Axpo Solar/Urbasolar in Italy to accelerate the energy transition. You’ll shape grid connections for utility-scale PV plants, work across Europe, and collaborate with diverse experts who value innovation, teamwork, and impact. **What you will do**: - Manage MV/HV electrical studies, ensure Grid Code and technical standards compliance
- Define metering solutions aligned with DSO/TSO regulations
- Build relationships with DSO/TSO, negotiate interconnection conditions, secure permits and final grid connection
- Support construction and commissioning for PV plants and interconnection facilities on all MV/HV issues
- Lead MV/HV grid connection engineering; review protection selectivity and MV cable sizing
- Provide procurement support: specs and designs for transformers and delivery stations, align integrator offers,



participate in FAT and commissioning **What you bring & who you are**: - Must-have: Engineering degree (electrical, civil or similar); 8+ years in RE grid connection or with a grid operator
- Must-have: Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems, electricity, and MV/HV grid connection standards
- Must-have: English fluency; valid driving licence; willingness for frequent travel
- Nice-to-have: Experience with German DSO/TSO processes and Grid Codes
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with multi-party grid cost agreements and technical due diligence (M&A;)
