- Supervise daily activities and guarantee compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
- Manage suppliers, orders, and inventory control.
- Plan work shifts and promote a positive, service-oriented work environment.
- Organize and coordinate corporate events. **Requirements**: - Identify with our core values: hospitality, honesty, humility, pride, and self-determination.
- At least 3 years of experience managing bars or restaurants, preferably in a hotel environment.




- Language skills: Italian, English, and optionally German.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and staff management abilities.
- Good ability to learn and use management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, empathy, and integrity.
