The internship will focus on supporting the Head of Accounting and Treasury in the management and compilation of royalties reporting files, which represent one of the company’s core business processes. The intern will also contribute to the implementation of royalties processes into Microsoft Business Central, ensuring proper data flow and reconciliation within the ERP system. Additionally, the intern will take part in the capitalization projects and year-end closing activities, providing hands-on support to the broader Finance team. This experience offers exposure to financial accounting,



reporting, and treasury operations within an international music-tech company. **Overview of Activities**: - Assist in the preparation, review, and validation of royalties files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Support the implementation and testing of royalties modules within Microsoft Business Central, in collaboration with the IT and accounting teams.
- Contribute to accounting entries, reconciliations, and closing activities, including asset capitalization and intercompany processes.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly reporting, learning to extract and analyze financial data for management purposes.
- Collaborate with the team on process optimization and documentation initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Provide ad hoc analytical and administrative support to the Head of Accounting & Treasury and the wider Finance team. **Tools**: - Microsoft Business Central (ERP)
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Internal royalties management tools and databases
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace **Knowledge Base**: - Basic knowledge of accounting principles (OIC/IFRS awareness is a plus)
- Interest in financial processes, data analysis, and ERP systems
