In this role, you will join the HR team at our manufacturing site and support Learning, Development & Inclusion activities, partnering closely with the Director - L&D;, Talent Management and Inclusion. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding journey, coordinating training initiatives, and contributing to a culture of inclusion across the site. ** Main Responsibilities**: - Support the planning and execution of onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Coordinate induction activities, including room bookings, preparation of materials and logístical support.
- Contribute to the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of training initiatives, including those supported by interprofessional funds (e.g., Fondimpresa).




- Manage documentation related to training and induction programs, including participant registration and attendance monitoring.
- Collaborate in the design and continuous improvement of HR development and learning programs.
- Lead engagement initiatives such as “Coffee on the Stage,” creating meaningful opportunities for interns to connect, learn and share.
- Propose and support inclusion‑related projects at site level, using benchmarking and insights to drive impactful initiatives.
- Partner with external training providers to ensure smooth delivery and coordination of learning activities.
- Work closely with the HR team and Site Services to deliver a structured and consistent onboarding experience. ** Requirements**: - Degree in humanities, economics, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR **or** experience in event organization, back‑office coordination, or basic communication roles.
- Good command of English (B2 level).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and orientation toward internal customer support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ** What We Offer**: - 12‑month fixed-term contract through a staffing agency.
