Our head office is located in Alicante (Spain) and we have offices in the most popular tourist destinations in Southern Europe and Mediterranean coast: Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece and the Greek islands.
We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and energetic Branch Manager for our office at Milano Centrale Station.
**The main responsibilities are**: - Organization of team schedules to ensure proper customer service.
- Ensure the correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.).
- Control operating costs to achieve the targets.
- Enhance the cross-selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) both personally and encouraging the team to get them.
- Assist the customers in operational management (it is considered one more person in the office when organizing schedules).
- Ensure the good atmosphere and work environment among employees.
Enable their professional development and their level of commitment.
- Report to management on the operation, results, incidents and receive the necessary guidelines. **Minimum requirements**: - At least 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car business.
- Experience as coordinator of another operator will be valued.
- It is important the knowledge of the field to understand the details of operation: type of incidents with vehicles, cross-selling system, etc. Commercial vocation and customer orientation.
- Advanced level of Office Automation.
- Fluent English. Other languages will be valued. What we offer?
