- Collaborate with the GBU HSE Team
- Train, coach, and mentor site level HSE resources on key requirements
- Advise HSE Manager and Site Managers on potential regulatory gaps and provide assistance on strategy to resolve.
- Manage consultant interface with sites to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Identify development opportunities to enhance HSE competencies
- Coordinate or participate in assessments and audits.
- Develop good relationships with colleagues and site to ensure close collaboration
- Promote a culture of engagement through open communication
- Establish effective networks within the company and with external organizations
- Interface with regulatory agencies as needed in consultation with Syensqo Legal
- Provide technical guidance and support to industrial sites
- Conduct periodic site visits to assess compliance and performance **Requirements**: - Master’s degree in STEM disciplines.




- At least five years' experience as RSPP in a Seveso site.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of D.Lgs. 81/2008 (Testo Unico sulla Sicurezza).
- Knowledge of environmental regulations - D.Lgs. 152/2006.
- Knowledge of D.Lgs 105/2015.
- Knowledge of UNI EN ISO 45001 e UNI EN ISO 14001 standards.
- Experience in managing internal and external audits **Transversal skills**
- Teamwork, problem solving, flexibility.
- Leadership and effective communication.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, engage and drive change across the organization.
