- Posted Thursday, 9 April 2026, 23:00 **Dr. Schär is a global community of innovative and collaborative people, free to think outside the box and to unlock their full potential in terms of creativity, capability, and courage.** For our R&D; Centre, located at the AREA Science Park in Trieste, we are looking for a new colleague (f/m) for the Research & Innovation department **Your responsibilities**: - Research and analysis of new and innovative technologies for the production of gluten-free and medical nutrition products
- Collaboration with the technical department in the implementation of new production lines or the improvement of existing ones
- Execution of industrial trials at our production sites or at third-party manufacturers **Your profile**: - Master’s Degree in Food Engineering / Food Technology
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in food technologies and industrial food processing plants
- Ability to work in a team, proactive approach, goal orientation, problem-solving skills, and strong project management abilities
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
