Connection is seeking a strategic Director of Proposals to lead enterprise-wide responses to RFPs and complex bids. You will guide proposal strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration, and standardize processes to improve efficiency and win rates.

You will partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and SMEs to develop winning narratives, establish governance, and manage a centralized knowledge base. A strong record in leading large writer teams and negotiations is essential.
