Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end customer experience within LCL Product
- Supervise booking and quotations on LCL import and export
- Handle Bill of Lading (BoL) and sea freight documents
- Maintain relationships with customers and vendors
- Assist in resolution of customer queries

Requirements

- Knowledge of the shipping industry, import and export
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English
- Financial understanding
- Detail orientation and hands‑on approach
