Experteer OverviewIn this role you will drive long-term partnerships with consultants and partners to promote Johnson Controls' Building Solutions. You'll work across cross-functional teams to optimize the JC value proposition and stay competitive in the market. ResponsibilitiesEstablish ongoing partnerships with consultants and partnersManage proposals to meet customer requirementsPrepare technically accurate and timely quotations with commercial verificationValidate assumptions from promotion meetings and develop detailed cost estimatesPrepare proposals and consultant/partner communicationsProvide risk analysis for complete solutionsUnderstand JC offerings and applications in customer solutionsDevis e multiple offerings to meet program requirementsDevelop and maintain relationships with consultants and partnersAssist in identifying specification issues and resolve discrepanciesCollaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and critical needsReview estimates with operations and sales to secure mutual agreementInvolve estimators and PDE in developing bundled solutions with operations and salesOwn the JC value proposition to consultants and partners for total value and competitive advantageUnderstand and apply knowledge of competitor products and solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalentFive or more years' experience in building systems (BMS and Integrated solutions) or related processesStrong technical subject matter expertiseCommercial acumen to establish customer partnershipsAbility to influence consultants in project decisionsStrong teamwork attitudeMS Word and Excel proficiencyFluent Italian and English (verbal, reading, writing)Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesBenefitsCareer development opportunitiesProfessional responsibilityGreat personal freedomWorking in a leading global multi-industrial corporationStimulating work environment
