Experteer Overview In this role you will design and operate CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models aimed at chip development, ensuring smooth production deployments. You will deploy and monitor models in production, handle performance and reliability, and collaborate with data scientists to align deployment strategies with infrastructure. You will build automated testing and validation to maintain model quality, while optimizing cloud and on‐prem resources for cost efficiency. This position offers a chance to shape AI/ML workflows in a cutting‐edge semiconductor context and drive innovation in a hybrid work environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models targeting chip development. Deploy and monitor AI/ML models in production with versioning and rollback.



Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to align model requirements and deployment strategies. Develop automated testing and validation frameworks to manage performance drift. Manage and optimize compute, storage, and networking resources for AI/ML workloads. Responsabilità 3+ years of experience in Dev Ops or software engineering. Experience with AI/ML models, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes. Relevant certifications in Dev Ops, Cloud, or AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer). Strong programming skills (Python, Java) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab). Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
