Position We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our team focused on the Humidification Platform . The Product Specialist supports the Product Management team in collecting and organizing market inputs, analysing competitors' products and contributing to the preparation of materials that help define product priorities and roadmap initiatives. Working cross‐functionally with R&D;, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Quality, the Product Specialist ensures product information is accurate, accessible and aligned across stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement initiatives on Quality, Cost and Delivery . Being successful in this role requires excellent communication skills,



a proactive mindset and the ability to work as part of a team. It requires a passion for creating best‐in‐class solutions, flexibility and strong time‐management skills. Key Responsibilities Support the collection, consolidation and organization of market requirements, customer feedback and internal inputs. Perform competitor benchmarking (features, positioning, pricing, documentation, comparisons). Create and maintain product documentation (datasheets, presentations, internal product notes, release updates). Support product lifecycle activities (launch readiness, internal alignment, training materials, change communication). Prepare analyses and reports (market trends, product performance, QCD insights). Coordinate follow‐ups and action tracking across stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
