National Key Account Manager

Responsibilities
Drive business growth across national clients
Strengthen strategic retailer relationships
Optimize product visibility and promotional activities
Deliver sell‐out performance in line with company objectives
Ensure the achievement of business KPIs and objectives through effective negotiation and management of commercial agreements with customers
Deliver on sales targets and objectives
Drive the optimal category mix within the company portfolio to maximize customer profitability
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and implement tailored Category and Trade Plans for customers
Design and execute customer‐specific promotional plans
Identify new business opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability across categories
Requirements
Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
4+ years of experience across Sales and Trade Marketing functions, preferably in FMCG or retail environments




Strong analytical and data‐driven mindset
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent Italian and good English proficiency
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Results‐oriented, proactive, and team‐player attitude
