Client Executive German Desk – Multinational Incoming Team
Marsh Risk is looking for a brilliant and talented candidate to join the Multinational Incoming Team as a Client Executive in the Milan office. You will be part of the team dealing with management and development of customers that are Italian subsidiaries of foreign multinational companies. You will develop, grow and maintain relationships between the organization and clients, focusing on growth and retention, and develop, manage and implement sales strategies, identify potential customers and close deals.
Responsibilities
Manage a client portfolio with budget accountabilities and contribute to office goals in growth, development and retention.
Support clients in risk management; identify needs and provide suitable and customized solutions (risk analysis, evaluation, risk transfer).
Develop opportunities management and deployment, especially in sales meetings and offer proposals, using the company value proposition.
Close sales deals by negotiating values and pricing structures to best serve both business and client needs.




Coordinate operational management team for your client portfolio, ensuring correct activity planning and effective internal communication.
Help conduct thorough due diligence research leveraging various resources and channels.
Maintain account relationships to position the business as a preferred vendor.
Coordinate, recommend and evaluate delivery of solutions and products ensuring alignment with requirements, agreements, quality control, compliance and established processes.
Keep abreast of industry developments and trends, participating in events and conferences representing the company.
Qualifications
At least 5 years professional experience in client‐facing and management roles.
Extensive knowledge of property and liability insurance coverages.
Fluent in German and English.
Good analysis and problem‐solving skills.
Excellent commercial attitude.
Availability for business trips.
