Experteer Overview In this role, you drive IT strategy projects and translate technology insights into actionable client outcomes. You'll work within Gartner's Technology Strategy Consulting team to shape digital initiatives and enable transformation for CIOs and senior leaders. You'll lead engagements, adapt Gartner methodologies, and develop rapid, persuasive proposals. You'll operate across cross-functional client teams to deliver value and build lasting relationships. This is a high‐impact role at a firm at the AI and digital transformation frontier.

Responsabilità Experience in a top management consultancy with project delivery
Technical background in Application Development or Digital Transformation
Domain knowledge in areas like Application Architecture, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud, Cost Optimisation, Data/GenAI
Knowledge of sizing methodologies (IFPUG a plus)
Experience with one or more IT solutions
MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Fluent in Italian
Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple client priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to adapt Gartner frameworks to client challenges
Hands‐on mindset and collaboration across technical and non‐technical stakeholders
