Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Food Preparation: Are you eager to learn the basics of culinary preparation? Ready to work alongside experienced chefs? You'll assist in cooking and plating dishes, following the instructions of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef,
and ensuring each dish meets our quality standards.
Kitchen Maintenance: You'll help keep the kitchen tidy, ensuring that all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly, and that your workstation is always ready for the next task.
You'll help with checking and storing deliveries, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh, labeled, and stored according to safety standards.
You'll have the opportunity to learn from our talented kitchen team, honing your skills and expanding your culinary knowledge every day.
Adhering to Health and Safety Standards: Are you committed to safe cooking practices? You'll follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for yourself and your colleagues.
