Director of Operations

(m/f/d)

We are looking for someone who is willing to permanently relocate to Italy and to further develop our Italian location in a sustainable manner. Your Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the areas

of production, purchasing, the calibration laboratory, service, and warehousing and logistics Leading and developing the respective department heads and employees Ensuring efficient, on-time, and high-quality production, as well as an optimal flow of materials and goods Responsibility for achieving quality, cost, and delivery targets Further development and optimization of all operational processes in accordance with the principles of lean management and operational excellence Overseeing production, capacity, and resource planning Responsibility for strategic and operational procurement as well as supplier management Ensuring the highest quality standards in the calibration laboratory and technical service Implementation, analysis, and continuous improvement of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) Close collaboration with the Development, Sales, Quality Management,



and Finance departments within the corporate group Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Narda Safety Test Solutions GmbH in Germany and contributing to the strategic development of the corporate group Your Profile A successfully completed degree in engineering or industrial engineering and management, or a comparable qualification Several years of leadership experience in a similar position in an industrial setting Experience managing multiple operational business units In-depth knowledge of production, supply chain management, procurement, and quality management Experience in introducing and implementing Lean Management, Operational Excellence, or comparable methods Analytical thinking skills as well as strong entrepreneurial and strategic expertise Strong leadership skills, decisiveness, and communication skills Business-level proficiency in Italian, English, and German is required We offer you A responsible management position with significant autonomy The opportunity to work directly with the executive leadership of an internationally successful corporate group The opportunity to actively help shape the operational direction of a technology leader Performance-based compensation and attractive benefits Flexible working hours in a modern and supportive work environment A motivated team and an open corporate culture Interested?
