As a Beauty Advisor, and a valued member of the Milano City Life team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
- Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
- Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
- Greeting customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions, offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
