pYou will contribute to the development of next-generation electric mobility solutions by designing and improving control systems for electrified vehicles. /ppbr / /ppAbout this vacancy /pulliControl Systems Development: Design and implement control algorithms for electric and hybrid vehicles, focusing on performance, efficiency, and reliability. /liliModel-Based Design: Use tools such as MATLAB and Simulink to model, simulate, and validate control strategies, supporting embedded software development. /liliComponent Interaction: Develop control functions with awareness of their interaction within the vehicle environment. /liliVehicle-Level Understanding: Gain exposure to overall vehicle behavior, contributing to the optimization of control functions and system performance. /li /ulpbr / /ppWhat we expect from you /pulliMaster’s or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field /liliExperience with model-based design tools (e.G., MATLAB/Simulink) /liliUnderstanding of electric vehicle architectures and basic control strategies /liliFamiliarity with automotive communication protocols (e.G., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /liliAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams /liliGood organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks /liliInterest in sustainable mobility and automotive innovation /li /ulpbr / /ppWhat you can expect from us /ppThe position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €32.000,
in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. /ppbr / /ppTMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. /ppIn line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
