The Field Service Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery. /ppThey are focus on the service delivery for Wireline operations in Italy prioritizing quality and HSE. /ppbr/ppstronguResponsibilities and Duties: /u /strong /pulliAttain excellence in learning and competency events. /liliEnsure safe,
timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment. /liliParticipate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. /liliEngage customer contacts to promote company products and services. /liliParticipate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans. /liliParticipate in HSE and Quality initiatives. /liliWear PPE and observe HSE policies and maintain the required safety training. /li /ulpbr/ppstronguEssential Requirements: /u /strong /pulliTechnical or vocation school background with Electrical/Electronic expertise. /liliExperience in Wireline field operations will be considered a plus. /liliFlexibility for travelling. /liliMedium to Advanced English Level and Italian. /liliThe desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high-value, technically complex products/projects. /liliRight to work in Italy. /li /ulpbr/ppstronguPreferred Skills: /u /strong /pulliStrong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and confidently. /liliBe able to choose and initiate action. /liliBe passionate about learning and research. /liliBe eager to deliver results and meet demands. /liliRemain positive during pressures, setbacks, and fast-paced environments. /li /ulpbr/ppIf this role is of interest to you and you are eager to learn more then we strongly encourage you to apply.
