We are looking for an experienced Lean Specialist to work on identifying, planning, support and executing activities to reduce and eliminate waste in order to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety among the processes related. Methodologies and tools like Kaizen approach, 5S+1, SMED, TPM/OEE, VSM, Work balance Yamazumi, Shop Floor Management (Visual management), Problem Solving approach, LPA and others are very necessary to work within cross-functional teams, train people and support the initiatives. /p h3APS Specialist /h3 pWorking Onsite from our Breganze site Italy. /p pbYour Impact: /b /p ul liShe/He will be responsible for planning and implementing the required continuous improvement plan and work, verifying safety aspects, planning budgets, monitoring costs also through the management of work accounts, company policies and law compliance. /li liShe/He will propose strategies for the APS implementation defining technics, tools and approach in cooperation with the other team members and supporting the manager. /li liShe/He be in charge of budgeting, data sheets and technical review with suppliers when necessary to have interface with other areas and departments to plan and execute the activities.
