Experteer OverviewIn this role you support the preparation of Barilla's Consolidated Financial Statements, applying IFRS principles and coordinating with local accounting teams. You help ensure data accuracy across intercompany, consolidation, and reporting processes, including IFRS 16, IAS 19, and year‑end closures. You’ll work closely with the Consolidated Financial Statement team to maintain the consolidation system and interact with external auditors and software providers. This position offers a hands‑on chance to shape financial reporting in a global food company and contribute to accurate, transparent financial statements.Retribuzione / BenefitsSupport reporting package preparation and ensure coherent information flows for intercompany reconciliation and consolidation.Maintain and improve the consolidation system, coordinating with internal teams and software providers.Manage IFRS 16 leasing process data collection, documentation, system updates,



and output checks.Assist IAS 19 actuarial activities by coordinating data and liaising with external providers and auditors.Support year‑end financial closure and interactions with external auditors.Apply and monitor consolidation policies in line with IFRS and Accounting Manual guidelines.Monitor audit and actuarial costs at group level.Perform reconciliations between managerial and statutory data with the Consolidated Managerial Department.Collaborate with local entities and corporate functions to align consolidation, tax, controlling, and intercompany processes.Provide IFRS‑related support to Corporate and local Finance & Accounting teams to ensure alignment and consistency.Prepare periodic reports and statistics related to Consolidated Financial Statements.ResponsabilitàUniversity degree in Economics or similar.At least 1 year of experience in IFRS accounting.Good knowledge of English; second language preferred.Knowledge of Office applications; Excel, PowerPoint, and Power‑BI an advantage.Knowledge of Tagetik and SAP a plus.Analytical with data accuracy and autonomy.Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.Empathetic, active listening, proactive problem solving.Team player with relationship‑building ability.Fast learner in a dynamic environment with data accuracy.Requisiti fondamentaliCompetitive base salary.Variable component.Welfare benefits.Full‑time.Permanent contract.Parma HQ location.#J-18808-Ljbffr
