The position requires a solid understanding of Customer Journey principles and Sales and Service Processes, with the objective of improving Customer Experience (CE) performance across the network.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare standard and ad-hoc reports and analyses related to Customer Experience (CE) metricsDraft and manage official communications to the sales and service networkCreate and deliver PowerPoint presentations on CE-related topicsSupport the CE department in the analysis and design of incentive schemesDesign, manage, and deliver virtual coaching sessions (webinars)
