As a Manufacturing Engineer at Baker Hughes, you optimize production processes to boost efficiency and product quality. You collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability and implement lean improvements. You’ll analyze workflows, reduce downtime, and introduce new equipment and methods. You’ll train staff and ensure safety and standards while supporting continuous improvement. This role offers cross-functional impact at the Talamona plant, contributing to high-tech turbomachinery manufacture with cutting-edge technology.

- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and cut costs
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product manufacturability
- Perform time studies and workflow analyses to identify improvements
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain process documentation (work instructions, SOPs)
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and protect qualityEvaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods




- Train and support production staff in new processes and technologies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Serve as technical reference for Manufacturing Engineering team and uphold standards

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or proven experience in manufacturing engineering in high-volume production
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and CI methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong xlwpduy communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Experience with automation and robotics is a plus
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus
