The role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing Operations processes (logistics, production planning, and production execution), integrating physical processes and information systems in line with the company#39;s strategic objectives. /ppThe successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Operations area, with a strong focus on digitalization and Group best practices. They will also play a key role in the implementation of the Group#39;s new strongSAP S/4HANA /strong platform, a transformation program launched in 2023 and currently being rolled out internationally. /ppThis is a key position within a structured organization undergoing significant digital transformation, offering the opportunity to take a leading role in process transformation and Operations digitization projects within a highly technological and international environment.



/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliAnalyze and translate strongBusiness Operations requirements /strong (Logistics, Planning, Production) into standardized and scalable Group-wide solutions. /liliTake a leading role in strongDigital Transformation projects /strong acting as Operations Process Specialist for SAP S/4HANA initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams. /liliMap strongAS-IS and TO-BE processes /strong across manufacturing sites and align them with the SAP S/4HANA Global Template. /liliAct as a bridge between Business and IT, managing requirements, gap analyses, and solution design together with consulting partners. /liliSupport strongSAP PP / MES rollout activities /strong, including testing, data migration, system configuration, cut-over, and go-live. /liliDrive strongKPI monitoring and post go-live continuous improvement /strong initiatives through a proactive, data-driven approach. /liliPromote and standardize Operations best practices across Group manufacturing sites. /liliSupport training activities and strongchange management /strong initiatives to ensure adoption of standardized processes and digital solutions across Group sites. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCandidate Profile /strong /ppWe are looking for a talented strongIndustrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronic Engineer /strong with strong3-7 years of experience /strong in Operations within structured and complex manufacturing environments. /ppThe ideal candidate has worked in strongcapital-intensive, technology-driven organizations /strong; however,
