We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our Global team based in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating key projects with European customers.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will support the execution of marketing projects by coordinating internal teams, monitoring timelines, and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly. Working closely with Senior Project Managers, you will also act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, helping to ensure smooth communication,
alignment on campaign activities, and a high-quality customer experience throughout project delivery. You'll gain exposure to structured project management processes and international marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing projects
- Coordinate internal teams and ensure tasks are clearly assigned and tracked
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring effective communication throughout campaign execution
- Monitor timelines, deadlines, and project progress
- Update project documentation, schedules, and status reports
- Assist in supervising campaign execution and deliverables
- Identify and flag potential risks, delays, or issues to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing and Communications)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in the B2B space
- Fluency in English at a professional level (written and spoken) is essential, as the role operates in an international environment
- Knowledge of French is considered a strong plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Proactive, flexible, and team player
- Curious and eager to learn
