Serves as a key bridge between customers, dealers, and internal functions, ensuring clear communication, accurate prioritization, and effective issue resolution. /ppDrives continuous improvement in product quality, reliability and customer satisfaction by bringing the Customer Voice into the organization and delivering actionable technical feedback.
