Tecnimont is looking for a Construction HSE Manager to join “Construction Operations” Function. /ppstrongKey Responsabilities: /strong /ppThe Construction HSE Manager is appointed for major projects and in complex contractual environments such as Consortiums and Joint Ventures. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, he/she is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the Company's Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and management systems at construction sites. /polliTo support and monitor the implementation of the Company HSE Policy and HSE Management System at site level. /liliTo perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) activities. /liliTo verify the adequacy and effective implementation of the Site HSE Plan and related procedures, promoting revisions whenever required. /liliTo ensure the maintenance and continuous update of HSE documentation throughout all construction phases. /liliTo monitor subcontractors’ compliance with applicable HSE procedures, regulations and standards, promoting corrective actions whenever necessary. /liliTo organize, plan and participate in HSE inspections, audits and site walk-downs, ensuring the preparation of reports, action plans and timely follow-up of corrective actions. /liliTo coordinate and deliver HSE training, awareness and induction programs for site personnel. /liliTo organize and participate in all relevant HSE meetings with project stakeholders, subcontractors and clients. /liliTo support the management of work permit systems and interface with Client representatives on HSE-related matters. /liliTo investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and defining preventive and corrective measures.
/liliTo maintain HSE records and statistics, monitoring performance against project and corporate objectives, targets and KPIs. /liliTo lead and coordinate the Site HSE Committee and promote a strong safety culture across all site personnel. /liliTo lead and coordinate emergency response and fire prevention teams, organizing drills and emergency preparedness activities. /liliTo prepare the HSE section of monthly project reports and other periodic reporting required by the Project and Corporate organization. /li /olpstrongRequirements and Skills: /strong /polliDegree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline. /liliMinimum 10 years of experience in HSE management within EPC, Oil Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Infrastructure, or Industrial Construction projects. /liliProven experience in managing HSE activities on large international construction sites. /liliSolid knowledge of international HSE standards, management systems and applicable regulations. /liliExperience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, audits and inspections. /liliExperience in managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements. /liliAbility to operate effectively in complex project environments, including Consortiums and Joint Ventures. /liliStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliExcellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to promote a proactive safety culture in multicultural environments. /liliFluent in strongEnglish and Spanish /strong, and willingness to travel internationally and work on construction sites worldwidestrong. /strong /li /olpbr / /ppstrongContract Type and Classification /strong /pulliContract type: Permanent /liliApplicable collective agreement (NCLC):
