For further information, please visit: /ppbr / /ppstrongMission and responsibilities /strong /ppReporting to the HR Manager Italy, the HR Business Partner will support the Italian business across people processes, employee relations and organizational initiatives. /ppPartnering closely with managers and employees, the role will contribute to delivering an effective HR support model,
driving key HR processes and supporting business priorities across a complex and dynamic environment. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliPartner with managers and employees to understand business priorities and provide effective HR support and solutions. /liliSupport the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development and offboarding. /liliProvide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and a positive work environment. /liliCoordinate key HR processes, including objective setting, performance review, compensation review and training activities. /liliCollaborate with Payroll Administration and other HR stakeholders to ensure effective HR service delivery. /liliSupport the implementation and adoption of HR tools and systems. /liliContribute to HR projects, organizational initiatives and transformation activities. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. /lili3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in an international environment. /liliGood knowledge of Italian labour law and HR practices. /liliSolid experience in budget preparation, forecasting. /liliExperience in business partnering and employee relations. /liliExperience managing recruitment processes. /liliFamiliarity with HRIS and HR tools. /liliExposure to payroll and HR administration topics is considered a plus. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSkills /strong /pulliStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. /liliPragmatic and solution-oriented mindset. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliCollaborative approach and ability to work across functions. /liliProactive attitude and learning agility. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat we offer /strong /pulliAnnual gross salary range: €40,000 – €50,000 /liliTwo days of remote working per week /liliLunch voucher €8 /liliDynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment /li /ulpbr / /p
