pLocation: /ppUK, Italy, France, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland /ppbr / /ppResponsibilities /ppParticipate in the commissioning, project delivery, and acceptance of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. /ppPerform commissioning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for battery containers/cabinets, including: /ppFire Suppression System (FSS) /ppLiquid Cooling System (HVAC/TMS) /ppDC Circuits (up to 1500V DC) /ppAuxiliary AC Circuits (220V/400V AC) /ppBMS Communication Systems /ppAssist with the commissioning of PCS (Power Conversion System) and EMS (Energy Management System), with a basic understanding of their operating principles. /ppSupport on-site issue analysis, fault diagnosis, corrective actions, and issue closure together with the project team. /ppParticipate in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), grid connection testing, and project acceptance activities. /ppSupport customer training on system operation, maintenance, and product usage. /ppTrack commissioning issues through to closure and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule. /ppCollaborate with cross-functional teams (RD, Quality, After-Sales Service, Project Management, etc.) to resolve site issues efficiently. /ppComply with EHS (Environment, Health Safety) requirements and ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities. /ppQualifications /ppBachelor's degree or above. /ppPreferred majors include Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Technology, or related disciplines. /pp1-3 years (Engineer), 5 yrs+ (Manager)



of experience in electrical equipment commissioning, energy projects, or related industries. /ppFamiliarity with one or more of the following areas: /ppBasic knowledge of primary and secondary electrical systems; br / /ppEnergy storage systems, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and power systems; br / /ppBasic principles of BMS, PCS, and EMS; br / /ppIndustrial communication protocols such as CAN and Modbus RTU/TCP; br / /ppCommunication networks and fieldbus technologies. /ppAbility to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and communication topology drawings. /ppKnowledge of BESS grid-connection processes, substation equipment, and power plant delivery procedures is preferred. /ppProficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software. /ppStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. /ppFluent in English for daily work and on-site communication; br / Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required. /ppWillingness to travel extensively and undertake long-term assignments at project sites overseas, including Europe and other international locations. /ppPreferred Qualifications /ppExperience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), photovoltaic (PV), or wind power projects. /ppLow-voltage and/or high-voltage electrical certification, or equivalent electrical qualifications. /ppExperience working on international projects or in a multicultural environment. /ppAdditional language skills such as German, Spanish, or French are an advantage. /p
