As part of the Belgian multinational strongSoudal Group /strong, the company is recognized for continuous innovation across the wood–furniture, packaging, and textile industries. /ppWe are looking for a proactive and technically minded strongAdhesives /strong strongApplication Engineer /strong to join our team and support customers across national and international markets. /ppbr / /ppstrongYour Responsibilities /strong /ppAs an Application Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their machinery combined with Adhesive/glue solutions. /ppstrongYou will: /strong /pulliProvide technical support and application expertise of the glue for installed machinery and systems /liliDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions /liliTrain customers and operators on machine functionality, operation, and best practices /liliCollaborate closely with the Application Laboratory, Sales and Product Management teams /liliGather customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services /liliTravel regularly to customer locations in Italy and abroad to provide on-site technical assistance /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWho We Are Looking For /strong /ppA curious, customer-oriented, and hands-on professional with a passion for technology and problem solving. /ppbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongEducation /strong /pulliDiploma in Mechanical Engineering, Thermotechnics, Wood Technology, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification /liliITS Academy or Bachelor#39;s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field (nice to have)
