ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role, you lead the construction and industrial services scope, coordinating a cross‑functional team from project brief to sustained performance. You oversee capital investments for fixed assets, including asset relocations or acquisitions, and ensure start‑up of industrial services for optimal utilities distribution. You drive compliance with safety and hygienic standards, and manage building extensions or modifications in line with regulations. per regulations and standards /liliOversee project documentation and digitalization per group standard /liliIssue and integrate URS with TAP/Utility Corporate functions /liliCoordinate tendering and work allocation for third-party contractors /liliAchieve FAT, SAT, commissioning and close‑out of snag list /liliControl environmental communications with local authorities /liliEnsure alignment between progress reports and execution, and validate deviations and change orders /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulli10+ years of experience in complex construction sites with industrial services in manufacturing environments /liliExperience managing projects across entire lifecycle (definition, budgeting, implementation) in international settings /liliPMI certification /liliHealth, Safety Environment knowledge and capability to minimize injuries or damages /liliCapital investment project management skills /liliBackground in Civil engineering or equivalent /liliFluency in Italian and English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
