We are looking for an Account Manager based in Rome , hired by Amusnet Italy.
Main responsibilities: · Operate as a point of contact for the assigned customers · Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts · Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner · Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams · Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust · Take care of compliance inquiries and assist in document requests · Forecast and track client account metrics · In-depth knowledge of the product portfolio · Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients · Ability to travel for meetings with clients, industry related shows and conferences · Contribute to the design and implementation of promotional initiatives · Prepare reports on account status Qualifications & Requirements: · Experience in the online gambling industry · Proven work experience as an account manager or other relevant experience · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Fluent English both written and spoken · Good computer skills - Microsoft Office · Attention to detail · Result-oriented and self-driven personality · Technical knowledge is a plus · Be a team player and dedicated to delivering great results · Based in Rome, Italy What we offer: · Competitive salary · Private Health Insurance · Perfect office location · Permanent employment If you are interested, please apply directly sending us your CV in English.
