Bulgari Italia, within its Marketing & Communication Department, is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and proactive Marketing Specialist to join the team based in Rome.In this role, the selected candidate will develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives for the Business Partners channel, including Franchisees and Wholesalers across Italy and Southern & Eastern Europe (Greece, Poland, Montenegro, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Malta, Cyprus, Israel, and Ukraine).
Main ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will support the team in the following key activities:Develop and implement structured Marketing & Communication plans in collaboration with Business Partners, ensuring strong brand consistency across all channels.Plan, coordinate, and execute events and marketing activities organized with Business Partners, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and compliance with Bulgari's quality standards.Define and manage media plans together with Business Partners, covering traditional media, social media, digital platforms,



and out-of-home visibility.Support Visual Merchandising activities for Business Partners.Support Business Partners in the effective management of marketing and communication budgets, ensuring compliance with contractual spending commitments.Conduct ad hoc post-event analyses to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.Prepare monthly reports for HQ, as well as internal meeting materials and presentations.Job Requirements5/6 years of proven experience in a similar roleFluency in both Italian and English considered as a must.Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Highly organized, able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Distinctive communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.Highly motivated and flexible, with a strong problem-solving mindset and a track record of successfully delivering projects on time.Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable, able to take initiative with a can-do attitude.
