pThis job is open to internal candidates in the Iveco Group only. /ppbr / /ppPrimary function: /ppEnsuring application of IVG process and methods guidelines along PWT Systems Components Engineering area, by implementing the necessary deployment and customization for specific needs /ppSupporting PWT Systems Components Engineering teams in execution of specific transversal design activities (FMEA, SOR…), according to the best practices and methodologies /ppbr / /ppEssential Responsibilities: /pulliMonitoring and supporting the application of IVG process and methods guidelines along "PWT Systems Components Engineering" /liliSupporting and supervising the definition and application of specific "PWT Systems Components Engineering" procedures, instructions and modules /liliDefining the proper methodologies and supporting the execution of specific transversal design activities, such as: Statement of Requirements (SoR) document; br / X-FMEA (Design,
Installation…); br / Master Design Guidelines /liliSupporting the definition of KPI systems for the different areas within "PWT Systems Components Engineering" and monitoring results on regular basis /liliFoster continuous improvement of internal process and methods for the specific area, in accordance to Model Based System Engineering IVG guidelines /liliSupporting Quality System internal and external Audit preparation /li /ulpbr / /ppRequirements: /pulliDegree in Automotive, Mechatronic, Electronic or System Engineering /liliFluent English and Italian, written and spoken /lili10 years' experience of Product Engineering development process, with focus on powertrain engineering design methodologies /liliStrong knowledge of main applicable Quality Systems, e.G. IATF 16949 /liliEffective communication and seamless collaboration across engineering teams /liliTeam coordination skills and resource management experience /li /ulpbr / /ppDigital Skills: /pulliMS Office /li /ulpbr / /ppFlexibility to ensure on-site presence in line with needs. /ppbr / /ppAvailability to Travel: /pulliExpected % of Time: ≈ 5% /li /ul
