Experteer OverviewIn this role you will shape Technogym's Total Reward strategy to attract, retain and motivate top talent globally.
You collaborate across HR to align compensation with market benchmarks and the Group's long-term goals, while driving fair, competitive pay and benefits.
You'll manage salary classifications, incentives, and benefits programs across HQ and branches, with a focus on data-driven decisions and impactful budgeting.
