In this SAP FICO Lead role, you will drive functional and process excellence across SAP FI, CO, VIM/OpenText, and RAR within Flowserve’s S/4 program. You’ll partner with regional and global stakeholders to implement and improve finance processes, ensuring standardization, governance, and compliant reporting. You will collaborate with SAP consultants and production support to deliver high-quality solutions and enable enterprise-wide enablement. This global position offers visible impact on finance process quality and transformation efforts, with travel up to 25–50%.
- Provide functional and process expertise across SAP FI, CO, VIM/OpenText, and RAR
- Support SAP implementation and improvement projects across multiple regions
- Ensure quality throughout project life cycles
- Partner with SAP consultants, business analysts, and global/regional stakeholders
- Coordinate with production support to resolve issues and optimize processes
- Support enterprise-wide standardization and global business enablement
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality resolutions
- Contribute to KPI maturity roadmaps and process improvements
- Support data acquisition, normalization, reporting, and publishing when applicable
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in finance processes and reporting
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines
- Travel internationally and domestically up to 25-50%
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- At least 2-3 SAP implementation life cycles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership capability to lead people, teams, and projects
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Organized, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities
