Specialista Senior / Project Manager
As Maintenance Engineering Lead, you ensure the project design is safe and maintainable, guiding reliability and maintenance planning across the EPC Maintenance and Inspection Engineering scope. You will develop MELs, perform ECA, and align with contract and international standards, coordinating with clients, partners, and project teams. You will translate design data into actionable maintenance strategies and asset documentation, enabling safe, efficient operations. Your work supports Saipem’s mission to deliver sustainable energy projects and drive the energy transition.

- review project technical documentation for contractual compliance
- develop maintenance engineering execution plan and asset register (MEL)
- gather maintenance-related design data from disciplines and vendors
- organize MEL by functional location and asset,
enabling operability and maintainability reviews
- conduct ECA to rank MEL items by safety, environment, production, and maintenance strategies
- prepare operational performance standards and CMMS loading templates
- document readiness for meetings with Company, project team, or vendors
- over 15 years of Oil & Gas experience
- advanced knowledge of FMECA (Failure Mode and Criticality Analysis)
- RCM methodology knowledge;
RCM certification a plus
- familiarity with oil and gas design documentation (3D models, P&IDs;, PFDs, line lists, GA drawings, data sheets, vendor manuals, procedures)
- proficient in MS Office
- ability to work with 3D software (Navisworks Freedom) and PDF editors (Power PDF Advanced);
basic Navisworks 3D modeling knowledge is a plus
