Manager / Team Leader
As Engineering Manager, you steer the development of the project portfolio and standard+ products to establish Eurochiller as a leading PCS player. You guide local portfolio strategy, ensure timely, cost-effective and high-quality delivery, and align with market needs and PCM priorities. You build the Engineering Department into a center of competence in cooling technologies and product innovation, while growing capabilities and ensuring QA and design rule compliance. You’ll lead talent development, foster cross-divisional collaboration, and promote sustainable, future-ready cooling solutions.

- Oversee localization in production ensuring on-time, within-cost, quality delivery
- Safeguard design quality and enforce QA procedures
- Drive succession planning, talent development, and performance reviews
- Foster strong relationships with Divisional Engineering, Product Companies and Group centers
- Provide transparency of financial performance against KPIs to support profitable growth
- Support Atlas Copco sustainability objectives through energy-efficient cooling solutions
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety, recycling and QA policies
- 7–10 years of engineering experience
- Engineering university degree or equivalent experience
- Team coaching/leadership experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Deep knowledge of refrigeration systems and cooling solutions an asset
- Proficiency with CAD tools (Autodesk Inventor)
- Knowledge of PLM and digital engineering tools
- Experience with Office tools and SharePoint for data analysis and reporting
- Strategic thinking and leadership mindset
- Proactive, customer-focused with business sense
