This role is critical in shaping our Salesforce strategy, ensuring scalable and secure integrations, and guiding development teams in delivering best-in‑class solutions. /p pYou’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to define the Salesforce architecture blueprint that aligns with business objectives and IT strategy. /p h3What You’ll Do: /h3 ul liDefine and own the bSalesforce architecture /b across the enterprise, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations. /li liTranslate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. /li liCreate architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and high-level design specs. /li liGuide and mentor Salesforce developers, admins, and analysts on best practices and technical standards. /li liEvaluate and recommend Salesforce‑native and AppExchange solutions as needed. /li liEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture, security policies, and data governance standards. /li liLead technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution design sessions.
/li liSupport the implementation of CI/CD practices and DevOps pipelines in the Salesforce ecosystem. /li liEngage in stakeholder meetings to gather and refine business requirements. /li liStay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and assess their applicability to the business. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need: /h3 ul li8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in an barchitectural role /b. /li liProven experience designing and implementing enterprise‑level Salesforce solutions. /li liStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, integration patterns, and data modelling. /li liExperience in CRM, CLM, CPQ Order Management. /li liHands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration. /li liExperience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to mentor and technically lead development teams. /li liSalesforce certifications such as: /li libSalesforce Certified Technical Architect /b /li liExperience in merging different Salesforce Orgs into one. /li liExperience integrating Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP, legacy apps, data lakes). /li liBackground in enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). /li liKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. /li liNice to have: Experience in SalesForce Communications Cloud. /li /ul pWhere You’ll Work: Turin, Italy. /p pEutelsat treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
