This role sits on our Brands Operations team which focuses on procuring brand name product on SHEIN platform. /ppstrongJob Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongSupplier Development and Management /strong /pp· Focus on the beauty category by utilizing existing resources to efficiently identify and assess wholesalers and distributors as potential partners for brands. /pp· Proactively identify and evaluate new suppliers within the beauty category to ensure competitive pricing and reliable inventory support for leading brands. /ppstrongPrice Negotiation and Contract Signing /strong /pp· Drive pricing and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) negotiations specifically for beauty brand products, enabling small-scale trial purchases while laying the groundwork for long-term bulk procurement partnerships. /pp· Align procurement terms with SHEIN's strategic priorities by securing competitive pricing, timely delivery, and flexibility, with a focus on beauty brand merchandise. /ppstrongMarket Insights and Demand Forecasting /strong /pp· Analyze trends in the EU beauty market, focusing on identifying potential best-sellers from leading brands. /pp· Develop and optimize procurement strategies based on market demand and consumer feedback. /pp· Monitor beauty category inventory levels to ensure an efficient supply chain aligned with platforms sales targets.
