The position focuses on increasing customer value through effective commercial conversations, relationship building, and solution-oriented support.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and begin developing relationships with customers and their account teams, including key buyers and decision-makersSupport the creation of opportunities such as progress meetings and exploratory conversations to grow customer accountsDevelop an understanding of customer business challenges through appropriate internal and external channelsRecommend products, services, and insights that align with customer needsComplete basic account plans that outline tactics to acquire and maintain businessBuild an understanding of how the department operates and contributes to the broader organizationDevelop awareness of policies, practices, trends, and competitor activity that affect the organization and its customersGain a basic understanding of the financial impact of decisions and solutions on both the organization and customersGuide accounts toward valuable insights and present recommendations that vantaggi both the customer and the organizationGather data and information on potential ideas and solutions to address business needsContribute to business cases for change under the guidance of more senior colleaguesDevelop working knowledge of the company's standard contract terms and conditions through product literature, contracts,

Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to €61,******, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.
