Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As Subsea Trees - Project Lead Engineer, you define engineering scopes and deliverables for subsea Xmas tree components and systems. You will lead design, layouts, and specifications within cross-functional teams to meet project and customer requirements. You drive manufacturability and cost-effective solutions while adhering to industry standards. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on design under challenging offshore conditions, at a company shaping the energy transition.

- Define engineering scope and develop plans for deliverables (parts, drawings, reports, procedures) for extended projects
- Create layouts, specify components, evaluate stack-ups, develop assembly procedures, and support manufacturing
- Interpret customer specifications to produce layout, detail, and assembly designs
- Develop general design specifications for others to interpret




- Produce detail and fabrication drawings to ASME Y14.5 standards and format
- Create BOMs in the documentation system for approval by engineers
- Identify improvements in products, procedures, and processes and develop cost-effective solutions
- Interpret basic pressure vessel and structural calculations for layout purposes
- Apply design for manufacture principles for turning, machining, drilling, milling, and welding processes
- MSc/BSc Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Fluid Mechanics / Chemistry / Automation / Controls Engineering or equivalent with extensive design experience
- Fully familiar with Risk Assessment and Reliability Verification Procedures
- Knowledge of current industry standards and codes relevant to the area of work
