Legal Counsel (Corporate M&A)

In this role, you will support our strategy of acquiring and improving digital assets by handling due diligence, transaction documents, and post-closing integrations. You will work closely with Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions to navigate cross-border deals and financing considerations. You will draft and negotiate a range of technology-related agreements while managing risk and building scalable, AI-powered legal tools. The position offers the chance to shape value-creating deals in a fast-growth, mission-driven company that prioritizes ethics and collaboration.

- Support cross-border acquisitions: due diligence, analyzing and drafting transaction documents, and post-completion integration
- Advise on financing and capital matters in collaboration with Finance team (debt/equity, investments, equity plans)




- Draft and negotiate cross-border contracts with vendors and customers (confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS, tech-related agreements)
- Build scalable legal tools: forms, playbooks, and AI-powered workflows to support high-growth business
- Monitor regulatory developments and identify opportunities to unlock value and address evolving needs
- Law degree with practical experience in a law firm or in-house counsel
- Experience with cross-border transactions and due diligence
- Proven contract drafting and negotiation capabilities
- Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
