Purpose of the role
In a context of international integration following the entry into the Harvest Group, the candidate will be in charge of the accounting and financial activities.
Main missions and responsibilities
General Ledger Management: ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of the General Ledger to guarantee full compliance with Group reporting deadlines.
Invoicing receivables /payables: manage the invoicing process, including the issuance and booking of revenue invoices, posting of expense invoices, processing of payments, and monitoring accounts receivable/payable aging reports.
Treasury & Cash Management: oversee daily treasury activities, monitor collections, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Reconciliations & Variance Analysis: Perform monthly reconciliations (including intercompany balances) and ensure a clear understanding and analysis of key Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet items.
Tax & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local accounting standards, internal policies, and tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of monthly VAT and other declarations (i.e. F24, CU etc.).
Statutory Audit & Advisory Support:
Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and financial consultants.
Financial Reporting & Closures: Execute monthly and year-end closing activities; prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
Support in the preparation of the monthly Managerial reporting to be presented to the Shareholders.
Key skills for success
Education:Degree in Economics
Technical skills:
3+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, gained within a Big Four firm and/or an international corporate environment.
Accounting principles knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus).

Proactive and result-driven, able to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
